Returns

  • Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

  • This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, safety, and product authenticity.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We offer replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The incorrect product has been delivered

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video or images are mandatory for verification

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.


Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery
